WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your African Cichlids arrive DOA (dead upon arrival), A clear image of the deceased fish must be sent to jaggerproietti@gmail.com within one hour of receiving your package. Once completed, a replacement fish will be shipped out free of charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship via USPS priority mail and via UPS overnight. USPS ranges from 1-3 days depending on your location. Most shipments are received within 2 days. UPS Next Day Air shipments will be received one day after your package has been shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, Upstate Aquatics only ships to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do offer a local pickup option for residents of Rochester, New York. if you're in town, feel free to select that option!
