Shipping/Policy
Our cichlids are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays through USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping.
We individually bag each cichlid with a medication and ammonia remover to ensure survival. If needed, we will also add heat packs depending on the temperature of your location. With the method we use to ship your fish, we have a 99% chance of survival, but sometimes fish may be lost in the shipping process. if this occurs, contact me at jaggerproietti@gmail.com with a clear and visible image of the deceased fish. Send me your name and what you had ordered also, therefore I can send out replacement fish as soon as possible. Images must be sent within an hour upon receiving the fish in order to receive a replacement fish or a refund if necessary.
The number one goal is the satisfaction of the customer. The fish we ship are inspected before we bag them to insure no deformities or ailments are present. We ship the healthiest, most colorful fish that we have in stock.
